DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If your product is defective or not functioning as it should, you will receive a replacement free of charge.
RETURNS
You can return your Nivory products within 14 days of receipt in case of a defect. Could you provide a clear video of the defect? This will allow us to handle everything remotely at no cost and send you a replacement. Nivory products are hygiene-related and, unfortunately, cannot be returned for a refund.
SHIPPING
Pack the product in its original packaging along with the return form.
Place the return label in a visible spot on the package.
Take your package to a local post office or parcel drop-off point and send it.
Returns must always include a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipping.
Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged, or a refund will be processed.
